1.Introduction & Acceptance

By using the 35nd website and all its associated services, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

35nd reserves the right to amend or modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2.Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services at 35nd, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must create an account in your own name using accurate and truthful information.
• Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and any such accounts will be forfeited.
• You may not operate an account on behalf of or as a representative of another person.
• 35nd may request identity documents or other verification materials at any time to verify your account.

2.1 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details, password, and security information completely confidential. You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account or a security breach, notify the support team immediately.

2.2 Account Closure

35nd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, particularly in cases of a breach of these terms.

3.Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

35nd supports convenient payment methods for users in Bangladesh. The rules for deposits and withdrawals are set out in detail below.

3.1 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 per method.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Deposits will only be accepted from a verified payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Deposits from payment methods registered in a third party's name are not accepted.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed.
• Winnings from bonuses must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Various bonuses and promotional offers are available at 35nd. Each offer has its own terms that must be followed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000; or depositing ৳18,000 gives the maximum ৳8,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 20 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• If multiple accounts claim a bonus from the same IP address or device, the bonus on both accounts will be cancelled.
• 35nd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If opposing bets or unusual betting patterns are detected using bonus funds, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.VIP Program & Rewards

35nd's VIP program has three tiers. Through regular play you can advance to higher tiers and enjoy greater benefits.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% cashback per week. New players begin their journey at this tier.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% cashback per week. This tier is reached through regular and active participation.
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% cashback per week. The highest level of benefits for long-term and dedicated players.

VIP tier benefits are entirely at 35nd's discretion, and 35nd may modify, suspend, or discontinue VIP program benefits at any time. VIP status is non-transferable.

6.Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 35nd platform — slots, live casino, cricket betting, Monster Plinko, and others — are operated fairly and impartially. Each game has its own rules and procedures.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

35nd ensures complete fair play. Using any form of cheating, software exploits, bots, or automated devices to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account and all associated funds will be forfeited.

6.2 Technical Issues

Any transaction that occurs as a result of a technical error or system disruption will be considered void. In such circumstances, 35nd will attempt to refund the bets placed for the affected rounds, but this is entirely at 35nd's discretion.

6.3 Sports Betting

A variety of markets are available in the sports betting section. Bets are settled based on the outcome of the event. If a match is abandoned or not completed within the specified time frame, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules.

The Bengali version of these Terms & Conditions shall be considered the primary document. In the event of any inconsistency with a translation in another language, the Bengali version will prevail.
